Safeguarding Policy

The Early Risers Group (TERG), charity number 1208855, places the safety and dignity of learners at the centre of its work.

Our principles

  • The safety and dignity of learners are paramount.
  • Applications involving minors require parent or guardian involvement.
  • Personal and sensitive information is shared only with authorised people.
  • Concerns about abuse, neglect, harm or exploitation are taken seriously.
  • Information about SEN support needs should be relevant, respectful and confidential.

Before applications open

TERG must appoint and publish a safeguarding lead and contact route, confirm the reporting and escalation procedure, and approve the full safeguarding policy before accepting applications from or about children. Applications and nominations are currently closed.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in their country. This website and its inquiry forms are not monitored as an emergency service.
